2400% ROI?

One of the biggest challenges that marketers face is determining the ROI on their activities.

It’s like American retailer John Wanamaker said in the 1800’s:

Half the money I spend on advertising is wasted; the trouble is I don’t know which half.

Think about it:

• You know social media is “necessary” but you don’t know if it’s actually resulting in sales.

• You think you need to be blogging, but again — is it really paying off for the bottom line?
